SHIPPING POLICIES:

  • We ship within the Continental United States only.
  • Free shipping on orders over $99.99 and $14.95 on orders $99.99 and under.
  • In stock items usually ship from our Charlotte warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order. Items that ship from our Nevada warehouse usually ship within 1-3 business days.
  • We can not guarantee a particular delivery date and cannot issue a refund if the item does not arrive by the requested date.
  • Typical order processing time from receipt of order to ship date is 1 to 2 business days. We are located on the east coast and Fed-Ex ground to nearby areas typically take 1-2 business days, while ground shipping to the west coast may take up to 6 business days.
  • Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. For further details on returns see our Refund Policy.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a residential or business address to ship to.

Shipping Changes

  • Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address changes, and will-call pick-up requests, are not always possible. Address change requests may be subject to a fee per package, if accepted. GIVI USA does reserve the right to deny a request at any time.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed, and a notification has been sent stating "A Shipment Is On The Way". Once all the items shipped have been received, please reach out to our Customer Service Dept for help with the return process.

Package Refusals

  • Should you choose to refuse your package/packages, GIVI USA may deduct all fees incurred from the carrier for the refusal. These fees would then be deducted from the total refund owed. This means, once the returned items are received and processed, you will be refunded the total amount minus the refusal and return fees. This applies for all orders. We strongly recommend reaching out to our customer service team if you have an issue or require an RMA for return authorization.
