Order Cancellation / Modifications / Exchanges

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of invoice to your original payment method.
  • Items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee dependent on condition of goods received at our warehouse.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs with getting your order back to our warehouse.
  • Products must be in the new, un-used condition and include the original box and packaging with all tags included.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by GIVI USA, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card. Please note it may take an additional 3-10 business days after your credit is applied and posted to your account.
  • Should you change your mind, we advise you to act immediately. All orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Orders can be modified or cancelled only while the order status is labeled "Order Confirmed." Once an order has a status of "A Shipment Is On The Way", it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is either in the queue to be shipped out or has already been provided to the shipping carrier.
  • We do offer an exchange program should you order the incorrect item or are not satisfied with your current order. To undertake an exchange, place your new order online and take note of your new order number. Once you have received your original order that you wish to exchange, contact our customer service department for an RMA number and quote your new order number. We will supply you with a return shipping label for your original purchase and your refund will be authorized on the return of your original ordered items.

Used / Damaged Merchandise:

  • Any merchandise which has been installed or tried out on your bike is considered used.
  • Any merchandise which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, scuffing etc) or otherwise is in a condition other then it was received cannot be returned.

No returns or exchanges on:

  • GIVI Helmets are not accepted for returns/exchanges or refunds.
  • Installed electrical items.
  • Used merchandise which includes installed products.

Domestic Returns:

  • Customer is responsible for shipping items back to us with the carrier of their choice.
  • All shipments must be made prepaid, packages shipped COD will be rejected.

International Returns:

  • International shipments should select a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or custom charges.
  • Any items shipped COD or have additional brokerage fees that are charged to GIVI USA upon delivery will be rejected.

Defects:

  • GIVI USA has their own warranty policy.
